Define your brand identity and social platforms and set yourself up to start creating a buzz around your holiday home. Get set up on Instagram or learn how to leverage your Instagram account to grow your holiday home brand.

We put our heads together to create some ‘wow’ design features for your space based on your budget. Plus look at your floor plans and layout of the space to ensure you are making the most of every inch of the home.

We dive into every room in your home and learn HOW to furnish them. I will teach you how to put together a detailed vision concept for your rooms and you can start your sourcing and shopping.

We get started on your websites, systems and processes in the back end of your holiday home business and through our amazing Guest Experts ensure you have all the tools you need to set yourself up for success.

Hi, I’m Katrina Lumsden,

After 10 years of creating and styling beautiful interiors  – I know how to create an elevated holiday home experience that stands out in the market.

I am an Interior Designer and Stylist and I have been creating beautiful interiors for my clients for over 10 years now.  I have always had a passion for creating spaces where people feel like they are on holidays all year round, and now working solely with holiday home owners - which is exactly where I am meant to be.

Creating the Elevated Holiday Haven has been a true passion project for me, and I believe that with the holiday home market ever changing and growing it is more important than ever to stand out amongst your competitors.
